IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR ALL TICKET HOLDERS & ATTENDEES:

We do not tolerate any form of sexism, transphobia, homophobia, sexual and verbal harassment, physical abuse or any kind of discriminating behavior that does not belong in the House + Techno community.

Ticket Policy:

All sales are final. Non-refundable. Non-transferable. These tickets are for RE/FORM Festival Summer 2022, not for a specific artist. Artists, venue, and schedules are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund. Event takes place rain or shine and will follow LA County COVID regulations on the day of show, which are subject to change leading up to September 3rd.

Street parking at your own risk. Ride-share strongly recommended.

NO outside food & drinks allowed. NO pets.

FAQ

  • What are the festival hours?

    Doors open at 5pm on September 3rd, 2023.

  • Will RE/FORM Merch be available?

    Yes, we will have a dedicated merch booth filled with RE/FORM merch, exclusive collaboration(s) with artists performing at RE/FORM, and more!

    Oh and what’s more? We will be hosting exclusive meet & greet sessions at the merch booth with artists performing at the festival. 

  • Can I smoke weed at RE/FORM?

    We strongly support California’s progressive stance on recreational marijuana.

  • What is your drug policy?

    RE/FORM Festival has a zero tolerance policy in regards to drugs.

    The possession and/or dealing of drugs is prohibited and violators will be turned over to the Los Angeles Police Department. For your safety and security, all ticket holders are subject to search at entry.

  • What if it rains?

    In the rare off-chance that it rains, the party will continue! No refunds will be issued for reasons related to weather.

  • What forms of payment do you take?

    We are a cashless event, and will be taking credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay options.

  • Do you have a Lost & Found?

    Yes, head to the merch booth for all lost & found inquiries.

  • When should I arrive to the festival?

    Come as early as you can, and support the artists playing earlier in the day! Our programming, production and stage hosts have been curated to give you the best possible experience if and when you devote your time to enjoy it from beginning to end.

  • Do I need to bring my ID?

    Absolutely, you will need to show proof of ID that you are 21 years old or over to attend.

  • Do you allow re-entries?

    We will not allow re-entries at RE/FORM. Please do not leave if you plan to come back, as you will not be allowed back in once you do.

  • How do I use my ticket to enter the fest?

    Please arrive to the festival with your ticket QR code ready to scan. You will need to scan a ticket for each day in order to enter.

  • Will there be food?

    Yes, food vendor(s) will be on site with vegan options included

  • Will there be a first aid or EMT station?

    Yes, we will have EMTs on site at a dedicated Medical Tent – please head there if you are not feeling well. If you notice someone else is struggling or not feeling well please alert a member of our staff immediate and, if you can, the EMTs.

  • What is the bag policy?

    All persons and bags are subject to search. Clear tote bags (including handbags/purses) that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” will be admitted inside after inspection. Small clutch bags or wallets that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5 “, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the venue along with one of the clear bag options (clear tote or storage bag). Oversized bags (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, laptop bags, etc.) and camelbacks are prohibited.

  • Do fanny packs need to be clear?

    No fanny packs do not need to be clear, but they are subject to search.

  • Can I bring makeup?

    If it is SEALED, yes. Makeup MUST be in new, sealed packaging. 

    NO open makeup (compacts, lipsticks, etc) If you have open makeup you will be asked to return it to your vehicle or dispose of it prior to entry.

  • Can I bring a DSLR/professional camera?

    No, unless you have media credentials you may not bring a DSLR or professional camera. 

  • Can I apply for media credentials?

  • So, what can I bring?

    We want to ensure that your experience at RE?FORM is comfortable and safe. We’ll have a healthy dose of dancing in the sun so please don’t forget your sealed sunblock, chapstick, and comfortable shoes. 

    You may bring any of the following:

    Clear backpacks, totes, handbags, plastic that are vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”

    Small clutch bags, fanny packs & wallets that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5

    Prescribed medication (in container with matching ID to be checked at entry and only containing the number of doses needed for duration of event as prescribed on the pill container.)

    Cell phones

    Non-professional cameras

    Blankets/towels

    Hand sanitizer and/or wipes (open/unsealed ok)

    Sunscreen (contents to be checked at entry)

    Sealed gum
